Hi, I am Dr. Bisrat Girma Assefa (ዶ/ር ብስራት ግርማ አሰፋ, in Habesha Geez Script) a holder of PhD degree in the industrial based photonics and optics research area such as freeform optics and light guiding structures from University of Eastern Finland, 2019. The PhD work includes developing new designing algorithm and prototyping optics-photonics elements using advanced additive manufacturing methods. While doing my PhD degree, I had taken part at various conferences in different part of the continent. In my spare time I like to socialise and participate in sport activities.
